  • If we don’t accept your insurance, don’t worry—we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We always recommend checking with your insurance provider first to understand your out-of-network benefits. If you decide to submit, it’s up to the family to send any required paperwork to the insurance company.

Some of our wellness services, including craniosacral fascial therapy and developmental, are private pay only. Since these services aren’t tied to a medical diagnosis, insurance cannot cover them.

Payment is due at the time of each visit. We accept cash, check, FSA/HSA, credit/debit. We’re happy to answer any questions and guide you through the process!

  • It depends!

    • All MEDICAID plans (NHHF, Ambetter, Wellsense and AmeriHealth Carintas) REQUIRE PCP REFERRAL!

    • Most Anthem/BCBS PPO plans DO NOT require a doctor referral or order, however, some HMO plans DO require a PCP referral. We verify this when we verify insurance benefits prior to the first appointment.

    • NH is a direct access state, meaning no doctor referral or order is required to seek physical therapy care.

    • If you are a private pay client, you do not need a referral or order.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a written estimate of the expected cost of your care before you receive services. It’s designed to help you understand what you may owe and plan for any out-of-pocket expenses.

If you are paying out-of-pocket or using services not fully covered by insurance, you can request a Good Faith Estimate from us. This estimate is based on the services we anticipate providing and the typical fees, but the final cost may vary depending on the care your child actually receives.

We’re happy to provide a Good Faith Estimate at any time—just ask, and we’ll make sure you have a clear picture of your expected costs.
