  • A discovery call is a phone or video telehealth conversation for prospective clients. It is an opportunity to talk with Dr. Jessica as she listens to your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and determine a plan forward. We make every effort to determine if our approach is the right fit for you and your family.

    *All new insurance clients are required to have a discovery call prior to an evaluation appointment to review the process.

  • We start with an initial evaluation that includes caregiver interview, then assessment of body tension, range of motion, strength, functional skills and gross motor development. Together we discuss the evaluation, provide recommendations and development an individualize treatment plan.

    Follow up sessions will focus on fun, stress free play-based activities, hands on bodywork and customized home exercise program that are targeted towards your child’s therapy goals. Follow up concierge support is available via client portal, email, or phone.

  • Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy was founded by Dr. Barry Gillespie. The Craniosacral Fascial System consists of the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord, pumping into the fascial web to connect all the body’s structural cells. When this freely moving system is inhibited, it can affect the nerves, muscles, blood and lymph vessels, and organs.   • Developmental Wellness visits are designed for families and caregivers seeking knowledge and tools for promoting age appropriate gross motor skills. Sessions are designed to be collaborative with caregivers in order to provide tailored support and activities to enhance your child’s gross motor skills, offer reassurance about typical developmental and guidance on setting up your home play environment for success. Sessions include comprehensive milestones screening. The 60 minutes session can be in person or virtual.

Wobbly Beginnings, LLC is currently contracted with Anthem/BCBS. We are in the process of credentialing with NH Healthy Families, Wellsense Health Plan and AmeriHealth Caritas NH. If you have one of these insurances, please inquire about joining our waitlist. Fees are due at the time of service for private pay and wellness services. We accept FSA or HSA, check, credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash. You have the right to a “Good Faith Estimate”. If your insurance has out-of-network coverage, a superbill can be provided for you to submit for reimbursement for physical therapy services. Wellness services including craniosacral facial therapy and developmental wellness visits are not able to be submitted for insurance reimbursement. Plans that exclude out-of-network visits will not be eligible to submit for reimbursement. Submission of claims is not a guarantee of payment, it is up to you to investigate your coverage prior to scheduling. While NH is a direct access state, meaning no MD referral/order is required to seek PT care, some insurance companies will require a referral/order for out-of-network reimbursement, please inquire to your insurance company for more information. I am happy to assist you with the process as best I can, including providing frequently utilized procedure codes. Please reach out if you have more questions.

Quality care should available to all regardless of financial limitations. If other options for assistance have been exhausted, private care is not covered by your insurance, and is out of reach financially, please contact me to discuss available options of payment plans or reduced fees.
